Hello, I'm Lucy! I’m a studio florist based in Bristol. I set up Indy Bloom to offer seasonal flowers celebrating sustainably grown blooms, natural, whimsical design and foam free, eco friendly mechanics.

I have loved flowers for as long as I can remember and colour and design have always been prominent in my working and home life.

I grew up camping in our small family-owned wood in Cornwall and have been inspired by watching the trees grow over the years, the magical feeling and wildness of our field inspires my floral design work every day.

I spent my twenties working in the television industry as a makeup artist and after taking some time out to look after my children while they were little, I eventually felt the inevitable pull of my hereditary green fingers. I started growing cut flowers on a spare patch of my mum’s allotment and after working for multiple wedding florists and training at The Bath Flower School, I set up Indy Bloom!

Now, a few years on, I love working with couples to create the perfect back drop to their wedding day and also stylists and event planners who need to add some floral magic to a shoot or an event.
